Who qualifies for the charities & NPO rate

CyberCom Pay offers a special, discounted rate for charities and NPOs, however, not every charity or NPO may qualitfy for this rate.

There are a number of criterion used to determine whether or not the special rate can be made available to a merchant applying as a charity.
